LabInFlow is a Germany-based Research Lab Order Management System built from real, hands-on experience in academic research. It is a solution shaped directly by the needs of PhD students, postdocs, technicians, scientists, and lab managers.
With over a decade of experience in research and lab operations, we clearly saw how difficult it was to manage purchases, track supplies, and stay within project budgets. Most labs rely on disconnected spreadsheets, manual approvals, delivery updates and long email chains that are often forgotten or lost. We faced the same too – and we knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why we created LabInFlow — in order to make orders and lab operations smooth, transparent, and efficient. What began as an internal fix has become a trusted science lab order management and inventory system, used by research departments across institutions for more than seven years.
